If you’re feeling overwhelmed and you’re tired of losing business because you don’t have systems in place and your can’t remember to follow-up, keep reading. Last year I was just like you. I was missing opportunities because I didn’t have systems in place. I knew it was time for a business revamp!
Here are 4 things you can do to revamp your business, save time, and sell more.
1. Make a weekly schedule
A weekly schedule will ensure you’re doing everything you need to run a successful business. When are you calling current buyers and sellers? When do you do your marketing for the week? When are you prospecting for new clients? Give yourself tasks for each day of the week so it gets done.
2. Implement repeatable systems for all parts of the business
Repeatable being the key word. Create standard operating procedures. Instead of recreating the wheel, do it the same EVERY time. I created a procedure for buyers and sellers that makes me look professional and keeps the transaction running smoothly.
3. Consistently share valuable lead magnets and automate the follow-up
I created lead magnets before they were a thing, but never shared them. When I did, I had no follow-up plan, therefore no new clients. Now, I share them daily in Facebook groups, on Instagram, and via email. Since people can grab one anytime, I also have an automated follow-up for each one. These have helped me connect with so many people and allow me to stand out by giving value.
4. Utilize a CRM and spreadsheets for current and past clients
Think you can remember it all? Not going to happen. Having a great CRM and lead tracker spreadsheet will make all the difference! I’ve stepped up my past client communication and stayed in contact with new leads just by keeping up with my database and tracking every lead.
Taking the time to implement systems and more in your business will not only free up time and head space, it will allow you to help more people and make more for your family!
